SAUCE CLUB’s take on Korea’s famous bulgogi sauce, pulls double-duty as a marinade and finishing sauce. A hybrid soy-based sauce combines the best of bulgogi and teriyaki into an umami bomb of saucy goodness.

We extract all this umami flavour using local kelp we source from NAAS in Tofino, an extraordinary and invaluable local ingredient for our plant-based sauces. 

WHITE TIGER is super savory, sweet, and salty and it is great for meat and veggie lovers alike. Bulgogi means grilled meat in Korean, but WHITE TIGER loves to play with everyone.
